Video Promotion:

Lift Up Autism Campaign

Lift Up Autism:

  • TrainHeroics biggest annual fundraising event partnered with Josh Everett and the CrossFit Community in a worldwide fitness "Competition for a Cause."

  • "Give 5 for Autism" is derived from the 5-minute long high-intensity workout.

  • I closed sponsorship deals with 12 partners, totaling over $2,000 in prizes.

  • Social media campaigns included #LiftUpAutism and the #Give5Challenge.

The Plan:

  • Create and provide promotional material for participating gyms to share via social.

  • Recruit key influencers to participate in the Instagram Give 5 Challenge which promoted the event.

  • Create video promos that show the background of the event and what it is.

Customer Engagement Campaign:

  • Hosted on Instagram #Plan2Win

  • The idea: have Strength Coaches post a photo planning their team's weekly training cycle and to display their planning setup.

  • Over $2,500 in prizes from 6 sponsors.

Event Marketing

  • Created booth set up, including the banners, flyers, and promo video. 

  • Hosted the booth for national conferences such as NSCA, NHSSCA, IYCA, and USAW.

  • Built and nurtured key relationships with sponsors, coaches, customers, and athletes.

The Power Conference

  • Hosted by the Colorado Broncos Strength Coach, The Power Conference brings elite coaches from all over the world to learn cutting-edge performance strategies and network with the best.

  • My role: Create graphics for the website, social media, and email campaign.
